To pay at Le Fix is easy and safe. We offer different methods of payment, some of the options is only possible for Danish customers:

Credit Card/Debit Card

We accept payment by the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, VISA Electron, The credit card has to be issued in the same country as your order is being placed from. We are NOT able to accept payment by Check or bank transfers.

Mobilepay (Only Danish customers)

In the payment window, you can choose to pay via MobilePay. You enter your mobile number. You'll now receive a request for payment of the amount to You log into your MobilePay, check the amount and the recipient is correct - then you agree to the request. You will receive a receipt for the payment sent. The receipt for your purchases, you will receive the normal way via email.


PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at

Viabill (Only Danish customers)

When you place an order, your card will be validated, and you will then receive an email confirming that your order has been approved. Payment takes place only once we have shipped your order to you.


We charge all orders OUTSIDE and INSIDE Europe in EURO, except: Denmark: in Danish Kroner.

If you are not fully satisfied with the products you have received, don’t worry it is easy to exchange/refund at Le Fix, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original condition.

How to return:

1. Fill out the return form, included in the package. Important: Remember to write your order number and note if you want to exchange or get a refund.

You can choose any delivery company to use. You pay for the return of the package. If you want to change Le Fix pay for delivery of sending the new item to you.

The item have to be un-used and in new condition and with our price label on.

3. Returns will be processed after we has inspected your items and confirms that they are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered at our warehouse for your return to be processed. Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return.

Shopping at Le-fix webshop is easy! We ship Internationally to all countries worldwide! And you don't even have to become a member! This is how you do it: Just click on the item you like, choose your size, and add it to the Shopping Cart. To check out, you just click on the shopping cart, on the very right side, on top of the page. At the Check Out, you fill in your address and contact info. Choose your preferred Parcel handler. Choose a Payment Method. Click "Order Now" and your done! Your Order info and password for log in to your Le-fix account will automatically be emailed to you. Check back on "My account", to see your order history, tracking number etc. Welcome to!


You have 14 days upon receipt to set up a refund. Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Le-fix will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. If you'd like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don't pack and ship the order. Always type 'CANCELLATION' or 'ORDER CHANGE' along with your order number in the subject field on the email and we will look into the matter.


We reserve our rights to cancel any orders that is done in multiple quantities on the same item.
